Wiseman:
He is the main boss of the Negamoon bunch. He is governed by an aspect of chaos also, just like Queen Metalia. He is very powerful, and very deceitful. He knows everything, except that is the identities of the sailor senshi, I wonder why... He manages to convince all the negamoon bunch that the people on Earth were the reason that they were kicked out and forced to live on the asteroid, which is pretty much true. He also managed to convince Chibi-usa that everyone hated her, and that she was completely alone, and he knew the sesnhi wouldn't hurt their friend, and his spell was very powerful, but the wretched moonbrat broke the spell, darn her. He destroyed Diamando, Saphiru, and Esmeraulde in the anime. He was finally destroyed by Sailor Moon, after a huge battle, and the contribution of two ginzuishou's.
Prince Diamando:
Prince Diamando is the second most powerful, and supposed leader of the Negamoon force, but Wiseman pretty much takes over after a while. He is madly in love with Neo-Queen Serenity, who he finds out is Sailor Moon, and Serena. He finally captures Serena, and attempts to make her kiss him with his powers, but her love for Mamoru is so strong, that not even his mind magic can interrupt it. He is destroyed by Wiseman for interfearing in the plan, which wasn't exactly the starting one. He didn't really like Black Lady, but it didn't matter because she didn't listen to him anywys. He actually realized the wrongness of his ways, and with his words "I wish I could feel your human emotions, but I fear it is too late. Oh and I do love you Sailor Moon" and he dissapeared.
Saphiru:
Saphiru is Prince Diamond's younger brother. He was just a pawn in the bigger game, and not really important, but he did make the crystals the Esmeraulde used, crudely shaped like her. He was in love with Petz, and when she was turned good (destroyed in the manga) he knew he had to turn good too, so he took a chip that belonged to Wiseman to turn the Wiseman it and claim him a traitor, but he was destroyed before he could do anything significant.
Esmeraulde:
She is one of the most conceited ladies of the negaforce. She thinks she is the most beautiful in all the worlds and makes her opinion quite known. She is madly in love with Prince Diamando, who doesn't even notice her feelings. She hated Sailor Moon more tha anything because because of her, she wouldn't get to marry her true lve. She often tries to get her assignments done quickly because she enjoys being in the company of Diamando, but when she does this she often makes mistakes. SHe requested that the crystals she used be made to her likeness, and since Saphiru had no power over her, he had to do it, but he commented that it was very vain. She has a very obnoxious laugh, just part of her charm I guess, and she tried her best to get Sailor Moon lost in a time warp, but it didn't work out. Curses foiled again. And in her over zealous love for herself, she struck a deal with the Wiseman, he would make her into a Queen for nothing at all. But typical of a badguy, he doublecrossed her and turned her into a dragon. In the manga she was just destroyed, no dragon, just simple.
Rubeus:
Rubeus was also ery conceited. He thought he was just the best darn thing since sliced bread!=) But he really wasn't and all of his plans failed typical of a villain. He was in charge of the Akayashi sisters, and he treated them like trash. He recruited them himself, probably because he was too lazy to do the dirty work himself. He was in charge of getting Chibi-usa, and getting her ginzuishou, but it never worked. He tried to take over Crystal Tokyo by getting the Five points, but he never got any of the points, and finally he failed so many times Esmeraulde was given control. Esmeraulde was very cruel because she teased him when he was powerless and in a self destructing ufo, which was really cool, because Rubeus was just a guy you'ld love to hate!
Karaberas:
In the DiC dub her name is Avery, just so you knew. She was like Sailor Venus's equal, and she had a whip she used. She of course thinks she is the cutest of the four sisters, but they seem to disagree with that. She spends most of her time primping herself, much to the annoyance of Rubeus, and gets in quite a bit of trouble for it. She is closest to her sister Petz even though they don't seem to get along very well. In the anime she is cured and goes to work in a Makeup shop, but in the manga, she is destroyed.
Petz:
In the DiC dub her name is Prisma. She is the oldest of the four sisters, but she desn't have the most responsability. She is I think the only one who isn't head over heels in love with Rubeus. She has a very short temper and is probably the only one who doesn't spend most of her time primping herself. Though she does like the occasional make-up trip. She uses the power of dark lightning, and is like Sailor Jupiter's equivalent.
Beruche:
In the DiC dub her name is Birdie. She is the nicest of the four sisters, and the smartest. She uses water power and is like Sailor Mercury's equivalent. She even plays a mean game of chess! She has the coolest costume, and spends alot of her time primping, to Rubeus's behest. She wasn't in charge of many missions, but she is still the best. In the anime she is cured and goes to a cosmetic store with her other sisters, but in the manga she is destroyed.
Cooan:
In the DiC dub her name is Catsy. She is the one that spend the most time primping, and is the one that loves the cold-hearted Rubeus the most. She buys him stuff, but he just breaks it and treats her badly. She has the wierdest outfit, and the wierdest hair, but she's still cool. She has power over fire, and is like Sailor Mars's equivalent. In the anime she is cured, but in the manga she is destroyed.
